Meet the team
All research at Mum’s Views is overseen by Paul Petrie and Roger Spencer.
Paul and Roger met at Loughborough University. In 2005, with a decade of professional experience in market research and business under their belts, they recognised a gap in this key sector and founded Mum’s Views Ltd in order to provide specialist research for the young family market.
Alongside a team of talented professionals, Roger and Paul have spend the last 15 years working with large and small companies, designing and managing bespoke research projects to help clients thrive in the young family market. They also head recruitment for our specialist research panel.
Paul began his career at Millward Brown where he worked predominantly on brand and advertising research with clients such as Ford, First Direct, Lunn Poly and SmithKline Beecham. After leaving Millward Brown Paul joined Bounty to set up their research department and conducted research on behalf of most of the major clients in the Young Family sector.
Paul now has over 20 years market research experience – 15 specialising in research in the Young Family market.
After completing an MSc in Mathematical Modelling, Roger’s background was centred in business, including 5 years with Boots, working in a range of roles focusing on Operations and Delivery, latterly as an Operations Director for one of the UK’s largest businesses.
Over the last 15 years in market research Roger has developed specialisms including Claims Testing and Price Sensitivity Analysis.
